Purpose: A bolt carrier group (BCG) is a crucial component of an AR-15 or similar rifle that houses the bolt, firing pin, and other parts, responsible for cycling the action, chambering rounds, and ejecting spent casings.
 
PREMIUM TiN Hybrid Coated M16 Bolt Carrier Group


Features: A MPI Tested (Magnetic Particle Inspection), shot peened, titanium nitride (TiN) hybrid bolt carrier group (BCG). Coated with a durable, slick layer of coating, which provides a very low coefficient of friction, reduced friction, and easier cleaning compared to standard steel BCGs, making it ideal for high-performance and low-maintenance rifles. This bolt carrier group has a chrome-plated 5.56 firing pin, cam pin, 5.56 bolt, staked gas key and a cotter pin.
