Purpose: The buffer tube on a rifle, houses the recoil buffer and spring, which absorb recoil energy, control the bolt carrier group's movement, and facilitate reliable cycling of the action. It also serves as the mounting point for the shoulder stock, allowing for adjustable or fixed length of pull to improve shooter comfort and control.
 
Features: The Recessed Pistol Buffer Tube is a lightweight pistol-length buffer tube precision-milled from 6061 aluminum with durable Type II anodizing (available in Black, Blue, Green, or Red). It features subtle short contoured cuts for weight reduction, weighs just 3.8 oz, and measures 7.19" long with a 1" inner diameter and 1.24" outer diameter, offering a stylish yet functional finish for AR pistol builds.
