Description

The lower receiver of a rifle is a central component in firearms, particularly in modular rifles like the AR-10. Its primary purpose is to house the essential control components that enable the firing and operation of the weapon. In technical terms, the lower receiver includes the trigger mechanism, hammer, safety selector, and magazine well. This makes it the heart of the firearm's action control and firing mechanics.

Features: CNC-machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum with a Type 3 hard-coat black anodized finish, designed to fit DPMS Gen 1 uppers. It features a Magpul-style winter trigger guard machined into the receiver for gloved use, a 1-3/16 - 16 TPI buffer tube thread, and compatibility with standard AR10 lower parts kits. The lower is drilled and tapped under the grip for a 6/32 set screw (not included).
