Description

Purpose: A handguard on a rifle primarily protects the shooter’s hand from the heat of the barrel and provides a stable grip for better control. It also allows for mounting accessories like lights or grips and, in some designs, can improve accuracy by allowing the barrel to float freely. Additionally, handguards contribute to the rifle's overall appearance and customization.

Features: A Lightweight Free Float M-LOK Handguard, constructed from 6061 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, featuring a slim 1.5-inch outer diameter and 1.35-inch inner diameter for reduced weight. It incorporates integral anti-rotation tabs for stable alignment, five QD sling sockets, and M-LOK slots on four sides for accessory mounting, paired with a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny top rail. Included are a steel barrel nut, shims for precise indexing, and an Allen wrench for easy installation, designed for .223/5.56 AR-15 upper receivers with a 1-1/4" 18 UNE thread.
